New Church Plant Constituted in Bozeman, Montana

Brett Shaw, the Church Planting Elder, says these words:

“Dear friends and partners in the gospel, Grace and Peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for your continued prayers and support for the work here in Bozeman, Montana. It is a delight to inform you that on February 23rd, 2025 Bozeman Reformed Baptist Church was constituted as a confessional church with eighteen members covenanting together with the Lord and one another. We boldly confessed to ‘willingly consent to walk together, according to the appointment of Christ; giving up themselves to the Lord, and one to another, by the will of God, in professed subjection to the ordinances of the Gospel.’ (2LCF 26.6)”

Church Planter: Brett Shaw

Brett spent three years in the UK, partnering with us at Trinity Grace Church in Ramsbottom to aid in the establishment of a confessional association of churches, support our sister church (Trinity Baptist Church, Charlesworth) and help in the development of IRBS UK – a growing Reformed Baptist Seminary for students in the UK and Europe. After these three years, Brett, his wife Shelly, and their four children moved to Bozeman, Montana to begin church planting work.

Brett was commissioned and sent out as a church planter in August 2023 from Sycamore Reformed Baptist Church, in East Moline, Illinois, where he has been an elder since 2016.
