Dr James Renihan writes: Greetings from Mansfield Texas. Thank you for your prayers for IRBS, the Lord is answering. In January we sent a letter to you detailing some of the plans we are prayerfully contemplating. One of them is the purchase of a property which can serve as a permanent home for our Seminary. One of our faculty members searched and found a building; Brent and I visited it, then two of our Trustees came to visit it, and after careful consideration, we have made an offer on this property. Our offer has been accepted and we are now in the 45 day period of financing, inspections, communication with local authorities and everything else that is involved in the purchase of a commercial property. The building is in Arlington, Texas, about 25-30 minutes north of Mansfield and about 15 minutes south of the DFW airport. It's an excellent location with all the facilities we need to teach classes, locate our growing library (approximately 20,000 volumes!) and provide offices for administration and visiting faculty.
